I LOOK FORWARD TO USING GREG AGAIN FOR MY SEPTIC TANK NEEDS

Highly recommend! Greg is highly knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and was very thorough with his work. The reason we needed Greg to come out was to see if our septic tank was salvageable after we bought a home with a septic tank from the 1960’s. As someone who is new to septic tanks, Greg put me at ease as he answered so many of my questions.I was so grateful he was able to come out immediately compared to so many others I tried to reach that day. I look forward to using Greg again for my septic tank needs.

TRULY ONE OF THE BEST

Had a septic problem on a Saturday afternoon on a holiday weekend. Called several places and left messages. Finally called Complete Septic and got an answer. Told Greg my problem and he said he could be there Sunday morning. Next morning he showed up and pumped the septic tanks and took care of my problem quickly and very professionally. Truly one of the best. Felt very lucky to fine this company.

EXTREMELY SATISFIED WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE

First time ever needing to get the aerobic septic tank on my five-year-old home serviced and decided to give Complete Septic & Sanitation Service a call. Spoke with Greg, who was very helpful and accommodating. Even though I wasn't in a rush, Greg showed up in under 24 hours, pumped my tank and was even kind enough to explain the whole process to me and give me tips on proper aerobic system care and preventative maintenance. The whole operation took less than an hour. Local to Parker County TX but they service all surrounding areas. Extremely satisfied with the customer service from Complete Septic and Sanitation Service and will be calling them again in 3 to 5 years when my tank needs to be pumped once more. Excellent job!

Contacted complete septic initially for a quote on Getting my septic system cleaned and pumped and gave competitive pricing. Customer service (Greg) was amazing from start to finish. Shopped around and they gave me the best price around. Scheduled with them and they came out the next morning to complete the service.

COMPLETE SEPTIC CAME TO OUR RESCUE WITHIN 2 HOURS!

We are new to the whole septic system life and didn’t realize our septic tanks already needed to be pumped so they ended up backing up into our showers. Pumped and Cleaned My Septic Up Very Nicely

I just had them come out and pump my tank today and it was a great experience! I don't have much experience with septic so I was unaware of needing it pumped every year. My septic was very full with a clogged filter! They were very informative, pumped and cleaned my septic up very nicely. And quick! They were very friendly and easy to get along with. Very Responsive to My Requests

Greg was very responsive to my requests for septic pump and certification. Being out of town and not able to be there at my rental, Greg was able to work around that. On the day of the job, he was on time and explained over the phone when the work was completed and provided me with the certificate on a timely basis.

Gave Me Peace of Mind

I messaged a few septic companies for my rental property but Greg (owner) was the quickest at responding to my questions. He was able to get out to the home in just a few days for a septic pump.

He called me in the morning to let me know when he was on his way and again when the septic was cleaned... He also me sent pictures. I appreciated that he gave me peace of mind when he told me that the system appears to be in good shape. As a rental property, the tenants do not care what they flush down the drains so it was actually a shocker to hear that it looks to be in good shape. His pricing was fair and I plan to use his services every year.

Called on a Friday night. Asked if he could come out right away. He was there the very next day at 8am as promised. It was even a Saturday at no extra charge. Pumped my tank. Did a great job. Got everything out and got it clean. Pride in his work. That's hard to find.

Very Good About Making Sure Everything Was Clean

I called Gardener on Monday and was able have them pump my septic the next morning. They were on time (actually a few minutes early) and called on the way to my house. There were two men and both were very nice and professional. The price and service were good. They were very good about making sure everything was clean from my tank to the driveway where the hoses ran before hey left. I would call them again when I need septic service.
